Yes I did it! Tuesday I did my chest and triceps and I did break my bench press record. I could maintain 4 sets of 12 reps, felt like superwoman 😉 I must say, after my 4 sets I lost my power immediately so I couldn’t maintain the incline dumbbell press with 14 kg dumbbells. Because I’m on my cutting phase I was scared I lost a lot of strength but fortunately the lost was limited. Tomorrow is legday and I’m going to eat some more carbs before my workout because last time I was very dizzy during the training. I’m very curious if there are more readers that are using the bench press, so tell me guys! Do you like the exercise and if not, why?
