Sometimes I’m going to bed early because I can eat this recipe sooner haha! I think it’s really delicious. If I’m on the road I make this recipe also but I won’t heat the raspberries before adding. Now I’m eating it as lunch so I thought, let’s share it!
Warm raspberry yogurt with granola ingredients
- 1 scoop (20 gram) strawberry protein powder
- 3 tablespoons low-fat quark (low-fat cottage cheese)
- 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chia seed
- 2 tablespoons granola or muesli
- 50 gram frozen raspberries
- 10 gram coconut flakes
- 10 gram dried apple
- 10 gram dried banana
Warm raspberry yogurt with granola instructions
Put the yogurt, quark, protein powder and chia seeds into a bowl and mix till it’s blended. Let it rest for 10 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb. Put the frozen raspberries into the microwave and heat till it’s very hot! Add the heated raspberries with the yogurt and mix. Now you can add the granola or muesli, I never mix it because I don’t want the granola to be soft, I like crunchy! Finally you can add coconut flakes, dried apple and banana or other dried or fresh fruit!
