Today it’s the first day in 2 weeks of working out! I know, very very very bad.. But I think it wasn’t such a bad idea after all because my shoulder is not painful anymore! It needed a lot of rest I think. I have to say, this workout was very hard! I was already tired in half an hour, embarrassingĀ šŸ˜‰ But, tomorrow is another day to get my ass up!
